Cannot forget Sophia Grace and Rosie. They looked adorable on the red carpet in their Ellen outfits.
My absolute BEST DRESSED award goes to Katy Perry. She looked more than stunning in her light blue Elie Saab gown.

On a lighter note Lady Ga Ga didn't come out of an egg this year. She actually went for a "normal" approach. Not quite the wow factor I was hoping for...maybe next year gaga.
